out Turbonetics car will WALK our greddy cars, if you do the TN kit properly, a greddy car doesnt stand a chance to it....

we are also working on bolt on performance parts for the TN kit to make it much easier upgradable.

But then again...we can make a GReddy car walk any of our Turbonetics cars. It's all about what you want to do and how much your power goals are.

You're looking at around $7k for the Turbonetics done right and around $8500 for the GReddy done right. We can do your car right

Most APS kit don't vary much from an authorized dealer coz the price is dictated by APS. The best way is just go to your authorized dealer and let them install it so you won't have any problem with warranty. Believe me it is not worth it to nickle and dime APS coz if it is not bought/done on an authorized dealer they'll give you a helluva tough time on warranty. Oh, you do know that APS is from Australia and all warranty goes through them so there will be a waiting time and that is why going to an Authorized dealer will cut the time and save you some headache.

A short block with basic stuff, rods/pistons/studs will run you around 2600+600(shipped)+what is it.. 900 for a core charge?

That's about 3200 for the short block..

You will need a new headgasket kit, and the fluids etc. about another 200.

Turbokit let's say 4100

I'd suggest to run a better clutch and gauges.. probably about 1100?

pulling an engine is about 1000-1200.. plus you're looking at installation of the kit and gauges+clutch.. another 700?

For Internals + TN.. you're looking at around 10k.

Blah...blah....blah......

just kidding, I bought both my TN and and my Greddy kit from Jeremy's Performance Factory

I still would take the Greddy over the TN if given a choice. On a stock block on pump gas, you have about the same potential for both setups.....the greddy will probably make more power though.

I feel the greddy is a better designed kit and less chances for failure....no overboost issues, no cooked A/C lines, no smoking turbos, no cracked piping.

I don't know but if you are confident with a reflash then good luck. If you are set with TN then you must get their Tuner Kit and buy better parts to really make it safe.
i know that the forums have reported so many problems with the TN kit, BUT that was when they first came out... by no means does the TN Kit have more HP capability than a TT kit, but for the avg street car its a nice and safe setup that provides alteast 100whp more than stock w/o having to spend for other supporting mods...

IMHO the TN kit comes complete and when installed and done right can be a fun and reliable setup. I can show you atleast 5 cars that we've done from 2 years ago that are RUNNING PERFECTLY FINE right now that are in my shop for maintenance work... The Reflash has been good to EVERY TN car that we've done (approx 11-12 cars) , and to top it off we're in the tristate area where weather conditions can change drastically overnight! the reflash has a wide enough parameter that 90% of the time, all the TN cars are running perfect. no overboosting/spiking... that was with the 1st gen turbokits.

the the OP... only supporting mods that we suggest, if you do decide to go with the TN ST would be...

1. a larger non true dual exhaust ( can't use a true dual cause there will only be one downpipe) ie: the nismo exhaust is perfect.
2. gauges (EGT, A/F, Boost) to monitor the car
3. clutch and flywheel

i can honestly say, the highest mileage car that i've seen with the TN Kit is a buudy of mine; 70k + miles on his 03 350z, still has his factory clutch as well =)
