G35 pre fab roll cage

I've searched high and low and don't think one exists for the G.

But if anyone has any hints or tips or knows a shop that has done a clean job for a g before, please let me know (I am in NC).

Before I go considering a custom job...

Thanks.

I am not sure if this will help or not. There is a Z pre fab. under the suspension link -

Eagle1 has an extremely clean cage in his G. He told me who did it but I can't remember the details. Someone in San Diego I think.

Raj, too bad you are so far away...... We could bust one out for you in a couple weeks if we had your car.

i sent you pm scott - tangential topic really.

if I ever drive cross country i might take you up on that offer...

i really liked eagle1's roll cage w/ the removable cross bar to allow rear seat use.

Sharif was going to look into one from a nearby shop, but my timeline is getting tight as I added extra stuff (tranny) and he is trying to meet the deadline as it is...

Just make sure whoever you take it to knows what they are doing. My car got royaly screwed over when I had my cage done by a reputable shop. Thankfully they have now been shut down.

I wonder how big the G35 market would be for a 6pt pre-fab unit that you can bolt in or weld in similar in design to Eagle1's???

Unfortunately, not so big I am afraid I wish it was, but not too many people will want a harness bar/partial cage for these cars, and the ones that do will not all like/want/need the same thing. IMO.

Kevin at UMS Tuning (Phoenix) makes awesome cages. He just did one for the K-Sport drift car that came out very nice.
