Need some help on Vortech

Had some issues with the Vortech over the past 1 1/2 months. First the piggy-back controller was bad, and although Vortech sent a replacement fast, it still kept my car OTS for a week. After 2 weeks of driving the car I noticed I wasn't getting more than 5 lbs. of boost at 6000rpm.I made some adjustments to the BOV but it didn't help. Then the S/C went south.I shipped the unit back to Vortech, and they said there was major damage to the bearings and gearing due to a defect in the bearings.I received the unit back yesterday and reinstalled it, adjusted the BOV according to Vortech spec's, looking forward to getting the car back on the road after 5 weeks, and NO BOOST! maybe 1 lb. I checked for airleaks and didn't find any. Anyone have any ideas

Either you have a boost leak from the piping or the BOV is defective. You can hear the BOV close at WOT. It goes from a constant hiss to quiet as you boost. What sounds do you hear at WOT? Good luck

6 or 7 threads showing on the adjustment bolt on the BOV . Check your vacuum lines for cuts ,tears and holes . Make sure the serp belt is plenty tight
