Here's what you could do IMO...

Basics...

Greddy TT kit with FMIC ~5500
UTEC with MAP sensor ~1000 (Might want to consider a Tuner to see AFR's with UTEC logs)

Etcs...

Bigger injectors ~less than 500
Return system ~around 1k (not 100% necessary but makes the tune more consistent)
Some sort of BC, like a TXS BCS works great ~100-500
Gauges ~your choice

I say get an EVO TT for exhaust, but anything that bolts up to the stock system with bolt up to the greddy kit....

You should hit up towers! What happens to the EVO now?

EDIT: here's PF's advertisement, not sure if its still good.

Greddy twin turbo kit with intercooler, utec, utec map sensor, injectors, all installed and tuned $8995 out the door. this is for a G35 or 350z. we have tons and tons of these kits running around with lots of upgradable power. we can work out a deal for any other parts you are interested in!!

Turbonetics Single Turbo, with utec, utec map sensor and injectors, all installed and tuned for a nice safe 350-410 hp. we have a local G35 in town running 12.6s at 113 on 8 psi and a fast 350z at 10 psi who just crushed the record at 10 psi on 93 octane running 11.5 !!! no bull, no dyno corrections , just real world driving and proof!! price is $6900 fully installed and tuned!!!
The only thing I don't like about having the VPro is you can't touch the tune yourself or anyone else for that matter unless they're hks certi.

/\ or just get on of Sharif's package for Greddy but Julian's (@MRC) offer of 9999 for a complete Greddy TT with Fcon Vpro + Knock Amp is really a good deal, to bad it is not local to him. Gees if he offered that before I got my setup, I would've definitely took that package

Edit:
the knock Amp is an option but still good price for install/tune.

/\ PM "Audible Mayhem" last time I checked he does TN ST with utec Tune/Install for $7K.. TN will definitely give you 400+whp

Athen this sounds like something Id want to get could you tell me a little more...Is it worth it to spend the extra money for the Greddy TT setup or no?

Please elaborate on this for me

If you want 400-425whp you can stick with a stock block no problem, just tune it safe.

The Greddy TT is the best way to go if you have larger plans for the future or hate turbo lag. Since you have had an Evo you know all about lag. The best way to go IMO is a TN single turbo. It is good for 450+whp.

I would go that way with a UTEC, RC550 injectors, good boost controller, exhaust and call it a day.

ttrank that is exactly the response I was looking for...

So it looks like im going with the TN single turbo setup...Now the question is what boost controller/exhaust do you reccommend for this setup??

+1 for a TT(APS or Greddy). Quick spool, more potential than a ST. If you ever want to build you engine, its good for up to 500+whp. Vortech will feel like nothing compared to your old Evo. My bro has a 530AWHP Evo with a GT35R and even a 997 TT doesn't compare.

I suggest doing good research on deciding what kit you want.

TN kits are known for boost spikes plus it sits inside the engine bay creating greater engine bay heat.

TT kits have more potential and are more accepted by the modding community .

APS TT kit comes pretty complete all you need are gauges and exhaust.

Utec can be ordered with a boost controller and map switch probably find more tuners for that also.

Depending on the year of the car 03/04 plenum spacer-5/16th seems to be the ideal fit, 05+ 6MT probably want to look into MREV2-5/16 spacer or you can get this sexy b1tch from Cosworth.

Each kit has its up and downs so I just suggest doing a good amount of research.

My350z has tons of information on FI'd VQ35DE.
