The turbos are essentially the best technology available for a given power goal. These are very high response, very high efficiency turbos. The kit is expensive because it's a presitigious JDM company (PE). They use extremely high quality compenents, with a few caveats (see below)
There are some issues with the kit, and in terms of completeness (or lack thereof), it rivals greddy TT. The otherwise expensive ARC intercooler is too small for high boost levels, so an upgrade is required there. No biggie, as an IC is pretty cheap to do (a nice one too). On the other hand, Greddy has a big IC, but no fuel system upgrades. The PE, like the APS (minus a cheap part to byupass the stock regualtor) ahs a quasi, short-loop fuel return system with a very high quality 255 L/hr pump. For the missing cheap part PM "phunk" (Charles) on my350z.com to get it, he'll know what you need (about $75).
Now, neither kit comes with any EMS worth using, but neither does APS imho. You need to spend the money and get a good standalone with a good tune (Sam@GTM if oyu are in california or nearby), this is insurance that is almost required for a stock engine boosted applications. Similarly, neither kit comes with an blow-off valve (unlike APS, whcih does, but people often change it out anyway).
Essentially, you get a top-quality kit (just shop around, better prices are to be found), with the best quality turbos, injectors, etc, BUT, in addition to the thing mentioned above, it requires an intercooler upgrade if you are going to be pushing 14+ psi (built engine only of course) and it really would require refabricating/modifying thepoorly designed Y-piece collector that joins the two charge pipes pre-intercooler into a single one for IC inlet.

just installed one in a G35 this week. the turbos are small but have the best quickest response of any kit we have installed to date. the car made around 390 at around 9 psi. i can tell that there is something not flowing well on the kit, the car was pulling time too much. when it does that, it is usually poor intake air coming in, poor pressure piping design, exhaust leak to the turbos, or too much backpressure in the exhaust.
i ruled out all of those and can say that i think the bottle neck on the pressure piping is the issue, we are about to take the greddy intercooler package and redo the whole intake piping on the kit to see what kind of difference it makes..
