agree with the fuel pump and utec, but 550 injectors if you are planning on future mods.

True that ^^^

I have 650's (for that just in case day)

I was thinking 440's if he was staying stock Vortech / 3.12... anything more than the 3.12 and you would need larger injectors.

most people get 7-8 lbs on the 3.33 pulley and 8-9 lbs on the 3.12 pulley

which pulley are you going to run and what is your whp goal?

depending on what you have installed right now on your G.

3.12 pulley
550 injectors
fuel return system
walbro fuel pump

UTEC or e-manange ultimate

hope you have tp or hfc, catback system, headers for your breathing mods

intake plenum spacer or upgraded intake

wideband for a/f ratio (AEM or Innovate)

depending on what dyno your tuner uses, temp, humidity that day. you will probably get around 360-380 whp

I'm running the HKS FCon IS piggyback and would definitely recommend it. The only problem is that only an authorized HKS vendor can sell these and tune them. Aside from that, I would go with the UTEC.

If you are looking to go with the Vortech Tuner Kit (no engine management or fuel options), definitely consider what Triji and pabg35 had suggested. As for injector size, it will depend on what you are looking to spend as well as any prediction for future mods. If you are not going with a return system then 550's or 650's with the stock setup and a walbro 255lph pump will do (this is what I am using). If you decide to get a return fuel system, 440's will work just fine.

Make sure to get the necessary breathing mods (i.e. exhaust, plenum or spacer, etc.) and a good tune. 400rwhp will be a stretch but you can make it with some race gas or meth. Good luck!

You would have less trouble having the ECU flashed for bigger injectors and run the SS box . E-Manage sucks !!!!

Get the Utec...acts like a standalone for fuel and timing and costs about the same .
