Hey Hex

I just read your post over at My350Z about you losing 4psi going to a binger exhaust , HFC's and a plenum mod . I dont believe you should be losing 4psi . You might have a boost leak on the plenum that only shows up while your under boost . I could see a 1.5 psi loss but not 4psi .

Sorry for the off topic !

Can someone take a profile picture of the window open with the triple gauge pod on the pillar? Just wondering how much it sticks out. Just curious...

how's this?

It WILL block your view slightly when taking left turns and going around rotaries, but you get used to it...

Yeh I know but at that time, I really wanted to have a sleeper look to my car...now that I'm putting the new bumper, skirts, rear diffuser, roof spoiler on....I think it looks modified enough to add gauges. plus I'm running on 46k on my vortech now and my warranty on my car is almost over so taking extra precautions is all....

Is your car always there????

That's what I was thinking too. How do I know for sure? I checked everything out and it looks fine. There are no signs of a leak but my car isn't in boost while I am checking so there is no real way for me to know. Any suggestions??

Sorry for the OT.

If u think u have a leak in the plenum just replace the gasket and make sure the rubber oil cap piece isnt folded in when u put the upper plenum back on. It's like a 10min job and all u have to do is unscrew all the bolts and replace the gasket or gaskets (if u have the spacers). Or u can take it to GTM and have them charge an hr of labor for the job.

Well, I'd like to somehow verify if I do have a leak first before I do anything. I have to go back to GTM for them to throw my car back on the dyno again anyways. If there is a leak there, they would fix it free of charge since they installed it and did the work on my car.

I think I might buy the triple gauge pod, but only run the wideband, and boost for now. Do they make like a "cap" to fit over the thrid hole, until I decide what other gauge, if any, I want????
