Awwww maaaan! I'm sorry to hear this man and I really hope you fix it soon, let us know with all updates of what's going on. This makes me scared of my procharger, I never heard of this problem before, that's why I brought mine brand new and paid full over 5k for it, but still, anything can happen when going FI. Good luck buddy and update us.

ended up being my cog belt....shreaded all the teeth off....no bueno..anyways now to replace it..anyone know how to?

yeah it could have been...but of course the one belt that breaks is the biggest pain to get back on

yeah but I stil cant figure out how to install the cog belt....anyone have any ideas..its the smaller one.

loosen the the bolt that goes through the pulley. if i remember rite it was a19mm. when you do that the pulley moves freely therefore loosening the belt, then just take off belt. to put back on reverse the process, but remember to push the pulley down to put some tension on the belt.

so which pulley are you talking about?? the ATI is different then vortech...we dont have a tensioner pulley on the back....I tried removing the back larger pulley and that was basically impossible....i couldnt get the other one either to budge..
