FI dudes. Intercooler question.

Im building stillen a supercharger kit. Want to do stage 3 or 4. What size intercooler should i get? I dont want the stillen one. I heard some people were running intercoolers off ebay and they worked great. If someone could give me some info that would be greatttttttt.

better do a little search and researching on the Stillen kit . Thier SCer's intercooler sits on top of the motor and is made for the QV motor

i wouldn't buy anything from stillen. personally. i would stay as far from them as you can.

Yes what you see on the front of the car with the Stillen is the heat exchanger for the water. The intercooler is on the under side of the blower.

+1, spend a lil more and get a vortech or spend a lil more than that a go turbo

stillen = waste of money + ugly hood!

Judging by the mods in his sig and the way his post is written I think he's looked into the Stillen and compared it to others... either way, I don't think his original post was asking for opinions. Critique all you want, but atleast add some useful info to your bantering.

That being said, I agree with booger and Drewer, if the kit is right for you then go for it. The intercooling of the Stillen is a bit different than the others. Some of the best info will come from Stillen themselves. If it doesn't, head over to my350z.com, quite a few guys over there have modified the Stillen enough to help you out more than telling you you can do better (although I'm sure you'll hear it there too). The Stillen is great on reliability. If you wan't low maintance and worry, and 320whp is about all you ever want to push without another boost from nitrous or something... Stillen all the way!
