The ProCharger comes with a "bypass valve" stock, that will vent the air, kind of makes a "swoosh", but not like a turbo. I have a GReddy Type S BOV on mine and it sounds like a regular "psshhh" BOV that turbos have, it just doesn't do it as often while driving, but revving it will blow off everytime.

As far as I know, no one has a BOV on a Vortech or ProCharger that makes the chirp sound, like a cricket, when the air is expelled.
if you put a BOV on a supercharger (lets say the HKS SSQ), it won't just make a single "pshhh" sound. It'll make a long sequence of "pshhh" sounds, getting quieter and quieter until it disappears. My stock bypass valve already does that, but it'll be much more pronounced with another BOV.

that flutter is actually compressor surge...I tried a Greddy RS bov on my Vortech and it didn't work out too well stick with bypass valves like Tial and the Vortech. A BOV is meant to stay closed all the time and opens only to vent. A bypass valve on a S/C stays open all the time and only closes when you hit atmospheric pressure.

Regarless, every BOV and Bypass valve makes different noises depending on the brand. The chirping noise is specific to HKS.

I don't even know where to begin with the kit you bought Arcady

you can install an aftermarket one if you like. There is a writeup on one of the G35/350z forums that I found a while back. You remove the stock bypass valve and you replace it with a regular bov

You cannot use a regular BOV with a Centrifugal supercharger because it's always making boost. There a few exceptions such as the Tial that can be used as a bypass valve, though.

Re-attach the vacuum line and start engine to make sure valve opens under vacuum. It will close under loaded boost conditions.
The H34 is a bypass valve It's not a traditional Blow-off valve

Racing Bypass Valve Type H34 vents excess pressure back into the car’s air intake making the valve ideal for Mass Air Flow (MAF) metered cars where venting to atmosphere can create a "rich" air/fuel ratio right after the valve goes off. The Racing Bypass Valve Type H is CNC machined out of billet aluminum and brass. Valve operation, while louder than most stock valves, is quiet compared to a BOV that is vented to atmosphere like our BOV-H or BOV-H-RFL.
Edit: Don't take this the wrong way, but I don't think you know how a BOV works. In a turbo application, a BOV is always CLOSED so you can build boost. A CSC, on the other hand, always builds boost so you need to vent it at part throttle via a bypass valve. That's why it hisses until you go WOT and it closes. If you don't believe me, call Vortech
