Reliable? Stay stock or rebuild your motor to handle FI. People will say that their motors can handle it and others say that it don't. Which one are you? Are you really willing to take that chance? Rebuild your motor first to handle FI, then look for a kit, but stay away from Stillen. Mark my words.

i want to 'enhance' my g's current capabilities, not transform it into something else... so i'm looking to make a conservative boost, not an overhaul. up to this point, the stillen seemed like the best option, but more and more stillen owners (current/prior) are advising against it. thanks for your perspective.

 

I just picked up a used Stillen S/C kit for 1400 bucks. I only want 300whp/wtq, thats it. Is the Stillen worth it now?
A fugly hood will cost me 700, still not too shabby.
