Vortech's site didnt show any installers in the north burbs of Chicago. Who is everyone using?

 

any shop can do it.. call GRD if you want a recommendation.

With proper tools and a little bit of mechanical know how, it could easily be done in a day or two with the help of a few friends

 

GRD if you are using a shop. It's a pretty straight forward install, but you do need a good and complete set of tools, and a good amount of mechanical accumen. Nothing is as easy as it appears....especially your first time.

Well....except for.......nevermind.

 

Come on Chicagoz.com and sign up there. We have the largest Z/G comunity in chicago. I have a vortech on my 05 rev-up and a a member on CZ named Charles did my install. The tune was done at GRD. Did a great job. Pm me if you need more info.

 

Although I'm over here on the West Coast and my car's home is GTM, in your situation, Forged Performance FTW!!! Or heck ship it to cali
