350z JWT TT on a G35

Has anyone installed a JWT TT for the Z on a G?

I have a greddy front bumper and would prefer the Z's fmic instead of the G's.

Looked on JWT's website and looks like the only difference between the two is the fmic and the pipes directly connected to it. Spoke with a rep at JWT and he didn't give me a very clear answer.

Any information would be appreciated.

Btw I'll be selling my Vortech setup when I go tt.

Here is the information I received from JWT on this subject.

Hi C.,
The intercooler and pipes parts you would need which are different from the 350Z version would be about $1200.00.

It shouldn't be too difficult to adapt it. The turbo out pipes are slightly different as is the intercooler out pipe heading up to the charge pipe.

Yeah, I noticed that too, but the upper section of the charge pipe is the same. The lower section and the two in pipes are different because the dual intercoolers are welded together instead of the connecting pipe in between like in the g's. I am just wondering if there are any real body/mechanical differences between the Z and G in that front area.

Looking at the install instructions.

The Z core support already has a inlet hole for the charge pipe which the Z kit accommodates for in the angle it takes from the intercooler. Z engine bay is also a little tighter so the passengerside turbo pipe looks to be different from the G one.

A Z kit probably goes onto a G a bit easier than vice versa.

Thanks for the input. Yeah, I already saw those instruction booklets. Guess I'll read both instruction manuals page by page and compare the parts list.
