whats a 3.13 pulley? 3.12 or 3.33?

try a 2.87 pulley, hi flow cats or test pipes, a bigger plenum. all that stuff

thats just how centrifugal blowers are.
whats your timing look like in the midrange, sa you could make that a lil more aggressive.

but, the only real solution is nitrous, or going with a turbo kit like you mentioned.

dumping heavy 20" rims and tires would also make a huge difference.

the 3.12 pulley is what comes with the revup engine so the stock kit of course isn't going to feel very powerful

go with the 2.87 and/or 34/28 rear cog pulleys

well how much power are you making? im making 348 tq and 405 whp with a 3.12 pulley.
i still have stock headers and cats. i want to get headers and cats but am scared i'll make enough power to blow it up once i put those mods on.

Yeah that does seem high with what you have on a DD. Was it corrected?

2.87 is slightly more aggressive than the cog pulley change

you can look at my mods list on my car domain page for how I'm getting my power. There's no secret magic, just a bunch of mods, aggressive tune, standalone EMS, race gas, water/meth injection, etc

I thought Vortech is RPM dependent so it wont matter if you are in the lower gear..?!?!? So are you telling me you don't hit full boost on 1st or 2nd gear even if you redline them? I mean at 1st gear you go through the RPM real quick so you won't even feel the lost of power below 4000rpm at 1st or 2nd gear.
