Exclamation Turbonetics Or Vortech OR POP CHARGER?????

WHATS BETTER AND WHATS MORE RELIABLE??/

TURBO OR CHARGERS ????
I have 80k- new valve covers and jim wolf cams and had the sand blast done on the internals of the valve area.. oil is clear now...

not sure what to go with...2003 sedan sport auto..

any ideas or should I go with a pop charger...

Help.................

im running a vortech only becuase im auto.

i personally feel its safer.

cant really have a boost spike becuase a supercharger is belt driven.

why??

think about it. a supercharger works kind of like this.

you are robbing your engine of power, to operate the blower, to make MORE power.

so your engine cant produce a boost spike becusae its just not really possible....

I agree that with 80K on the clock that supercharger is the way to go

I would suggest you do some more research. Read everything you can find about the two, and even catch a ride in cars with the setups to decide for yourself which path you are going to take.

I would expect to be spending at least 10k to get everything done PROPERLY; spending less up front will end up costing you more in the long run.

Remember, modding is 90% Research and 10% action.

Research will help you out the most and to make sure you know what your doing. Go boost if you can, its so much fun, I have had my SC for over a year now and love it.
