Believe me, the long drive to go to the right tuner is TOTALLY worth it.

More power, better reliability.

It is a supporting mod; AFAIK it won't hurt to have it, and gives you more future potential if you decide to get bigger turbos, etc.

AAM definately knows what they're doing; if I were to modify my VR-4, they'd be the ones I take it to.

First of all, under 400whp, you do not need a fuel return system. If you want it for additional safety, fine. But it is not something that is essential or needed when you are under 400whp. Secondly, it sounds like your tuner really doesn't know how to tune a VQ. Out of the box, the Power Enterprise TT kit puts out over 300whp easily. The fact that you are under 300whp points to your tuner. Sounds like it's time to bite the bullet and make the drive to a tuner that knows what they are doing.

There is def some thing wrong with your tune, I am making more power than that N/A. If you didn't get the return system dont bother, save that money for gas and drive it to someone who deals with vq's and utec. You should be with those injectors now easily 300whp.

Man i wouldnt care how long of a drive it was to get properly tuned cause your setup is ready to blow at anytime.Do not get into boost at all untill it is tuned properly.

Don't go more than 20% on the throttle at all costs.... there is too much risk.

Not sure where you live, but sometimes people fly tuners out to them if all else fails.... or if you could just try doing it yourself with a little help.

And instead of the fuel return get bigger injectors! Unplug ur boost controller and see if you still get 10lbs.... maybe you have something going on there. Unless there is something wrong mechanically you will only get 6lbs since the std. wastegates on that kit only go to 6......
