I really dont feel comfortable taking it back up there with them being 4 hours away and only hurt my engine. They said the thin walls of the stainless manifold are the cause of the cracks.
As the car approaches 0 psi, the A/F should dip into the low 13s, then 12s, then 11s as you approach peak torque, certainly by 4k rpms. Look at the dynos posted on this site that have the A/F curve posted.

Is your tune locked on the UTEC? Look around locally for a place that has tuned UTECs. Most subie shops will probably be able to help you. You're taking a risk not going to a VQ specialist though...

I don't know of anything closer to you bro. GRD has a good rep and they have built a few G's.

update:
A/F does drop to 11.5 as I enter boost. Then as I get to 7lbs, I lose fuel and max out at 17+. I dont understand why I am losing fuel. I have the map installed, the 440cc, fuel return - wtf more do I need for fuel supply....geezus

I just had a thought....
I had the UTEC put in in place of the AFC Neo that was in previous. So with the technosquare reflash already having been done, do I need to do a complete relearn on the system as specified below? Or can I just unplug the battery for like 24 hours....

Listen to what people are telling you.

Take it to a known shop that has worked countless times on VQ.
Right now your just making excuses for your tuner and putting
your car at risk.

I have a APS TT.
I'm running 8PSI 400WHP with 440cc injectors.
You are losing out on alot of power.

Somethings definately wrong there. Like everyone else said bro get it tuned by someone that is well known. Any gear head/ grease monkey can slapa turbo on a car and say its fasat but it needs to be tuned by someone who knows what there doing. Bottom line is you spent all that cash to get some power dont slack on getting it tuned right to enjoy it.

OK, but we can all agree that the manifold cracks was just an excuse from the tuner?

cracked manifold wouldnt be creating all the problems and dips in your dyno sheet. Defenitly a new shop is necessary and you can use your sheet as a reason not to pay the current shop

You should post up a log from the utec, and pop the hood so you can take a look for yourself and see if you have a crack in the manifold, not that hard to find usually.... it looks like a mechanical problem somewhere, in addition to a really crappy job of tuning. If its really that hard for you to drive that far or too expensive to fly a tuner out there maybe finding a subie tuner can suffice, they typically know what they are doing, just might take them a little longer than someone with more vq experience.

I think im gonna drive it to GRD and have it done right. What a bunch of bs.... yeah i know i have a manifold leak, cuz i can hear it. I imagine flying a tuner in wouldnt be too cheap either. Flight + labor + local dyno time.... ugh NOBODY go to RS Motors with their Gs. THey might be good with hondas and evos but obviously not the G. I just found out too that they left the old Aeromotive Digital FMU attatched.... I even told them that they didnt need it with the fuel return system.
