We need to talk about that.

I have a friend with an 05 coupe so now I have one to test fit but I have concerns about the paint. I think I would need to paint all the parts around it. The 03/04 ones were all 1-pc so I didn't have to find anything that was an exact match.

30 hp? lol

that plenum has only made gains on super hi revving na or high boost cars.

for all that money, i'd say less than 10 hp across the band if that. now, cant put a price on looks however.

get 30+ more RWHP....my guess! G/L with the tranny rebuild....

for that amount of money i would expect to see gains in the 20-30whp range. it is very pretty though. if you are in the 500+whp range, i would polish the stock plenum, add a spacer, and maybe the hks twin power DLI. except on some high hp shop cars, i havent seen too many examples of a noticable hp increase. i'm sure there might be athread or two dedicated to this on the my350z site.

I agree- I really doubt you'll see 30 horsepower out of this. 30 ponies is a lot.

there's been proven gains with the Cosworth and 8psi turbonetics single:

10+whp gain from 5300 up
~30whp gain at 6300rpm over stock!

This looks promising for the high revs, 7000+rpm tests coming soon

Good luck finding a Cosworth plenum. The last I check they had stop production.

I thought that as well but apparently they were just making some design changes.

Looks like to me it lost torque but gained a few ponies but not much. The bling factor is pretty nice but for that much money id just get the APS tallboy and get it polished.

you'll be fine until you get it tuned. The cosworth plenum really does no more for non-built motors than a plenum spacer.

Post pics when you get it and install it!!

Damn, I haven't looked but I thought that since the Cosworths have been out for a year now they might be more widely available. Guess not

yeah, 30 hp is way way off. The cosworth is just as worthless as the kinetix one. It only looks pretty.

I'll shoot you a pm if I find one used or someone that has it in stock. Marty's and viet's look super nice polished, but because your piping for the JWT kit is satin, I would say you might as well go with the normal cosworth plenum.
