and its true. so lets say my car was tuned by SDGeneralCounsel, conservative tune, and the car blew up after x months.
problem in the tune? i think so.
yes, boost on a car is a timeclock. but its all in the tune if you ask me.
i am not a professional, i could be wrong. but thats the way i see it.
