Nobody said a TT car was slower than a vortech car.
Since you can seem to handle the English language, digest this from the California Codes:

6126. (a) Any person advertising or holding himself or herself out
as practicing or entitled to practice law or otherwise practicing law
who is not an active member of the State Bar, or otherwise
authorized pursuant to statute or court rule to practice law in this
state at the time of doing so, is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable
by up to one year in a county jail or by a fine of up to one thousand
dollars ($1,000), or by both that fine and imprisonment. Upon a
second or subsequent conviction, the person shall be confined in a
county jail for not less than 90 days, except in an unusual case
where the interests of justice would be served by imposition of a
lesser sentence or a fine. If the court imposes only a fine or a
sentence of less than 90 days for a second or subsequent conviction
under this subdivision, the court shall state the reasons for its
sentencing choice on the record.

P.s. when it is time for me to take the bar, all of my posts will be deleted and I will go away for a while. I have thought of everything through here to the extent that I run no risk what so ever of be implicated in an infraction of professional conduct

and mike i made a general statement. don't take everything i say so seriously... i'm honestly tired of looking in threads and seeing people you included saying bad things about a shop... it's been talked about before and everyone knows how you feel. you don't need to keep saying it.
You need to understand that people are gonna say bad things about shops, All shops have had bad things said about them, its just a way of life, human nature to complain or argue when something has gone wrong. Whether its been talked about over and over you have no control on what people say or their opinions, all you can do is agree or disagree and make statments or show facts of whether the person is just or not.

But if your really gonna go stress your self out and spend you time arguing over people bashing a shop over the internet then be my guest,

To me just feels like a wast of time

Carry on

The bars in most states would frown on your use of these screen names because they could be interpreted by others that you are representing yourself as an Attorney, regardless of your excuses. If you feel justified in using these screen names, so be it. But if the Bar Examiner's get wind of it, there will be questions to answer.

Moreover, your comments directed at specific individuals calling them "morons" is disgraceful for someone who wishes to become an Attorney and practice law. I sincerely hope you do not pass the bar because as an Attorney, such remarks/actions are completely contrary to the conduct we seek in our profession.

p.s. You have been lawyered

Dude, I am an Attorney, and a Partner in a successful lawfirm. What are you talking about??? I'm not belittling you for being in law school, I was there too. But the way you handled yourself in this particular thread is not the way a lawyer should handle himself. You go off into court calling people "morons", and it will backfire on you. There is a huge difference between being adversarial and calling people names because you don't like their answers. If you do not learn that, you are going to be a very ***** lawyer, assuming you ever pass the bar.

Please enlighten us with your knowledge of Model Rules of Professional Condcut widely followed, at least in part, by most states.

Do you know what area of law I practice? Do you know who my clients are? I didn't think so. (Well, I'm sure you would recognize my clients by name, but wouldn't know that I represent them without doing a little research).
