You buddy comes out blasting PF in a G35 forum and doesn't even own a G35. Further, whatever you have said about japtrix has discredited their shop, and has not helped get them any additional business.
Am I getting this right, you are a law student who hasn't even finished law school, let alone pass the bar, and you use the screen name: Lawy'dU and SDGeneralCounsel? Have you taken legal ethics yet?

Here is what Jtrain himself said on Nov. 3:

"I'm not 100% sure that what i've got going on with my car right now is completely the tunes fault."

Moreover, his initial complaint was that he was running rich, not lean.

Time to tear you a new one:

Yes I am still in law school. Was there anything deceptive about my previous statement? Once again you are having trouble with English.

1: Lawy'dU comes from a saying I picked off the show "How I Met Your Mother", which is "You have been lawyered", or you "lawyer'ed him". This saying only means that 'the person has out argued another', NOT that he or she is a lawyer.

2. SDGeneralCounsel was derived from my car club, which is the San Diego G35 club. I am also in school in San Diego, to which everyone in the group knows. I have already saved them once from the police after being caught street racing (we had 3 video camera's taping, including a production version camera).

As you can see, none of these screen names state that I am a lawyer. I said nothing in any of my posts which would lead anyone to believe that I am anything more than a law student.

Yes, I am in the process of taking professional responsibility, and I am also in the process of studying for the national professional responsibility bar which I will be taking in February. Nothing that I have done on the forum would put me even close to any consideration that I have violated any model rule of professional conduct, nor any legislation that I am aware of nor could reasonably presume to be in existence to preclude anything that I have done online.

I have never give "legal adivce", in person, over the telephone, nor over an online forum. I have further never professed to be an attorney.

Frankly I would never give "legal advice" on a forum. And I will never in the Florida regional section since I can't find one single reason why I would ever need to or want to be bared in Florida.

It strikes me funny that the only people that attempt to belittle me using the fact that I want to become an attorney are the losers that are miserable with their careers and are hopelessly non-upwardly mobile in terms of their financial situation or career path. I don't know if you fit the mold, but I would assume that you do since you have gone this far off topic to challenge me.

p.s. You have been lawyered
