ill let you know how the HKS blower sounds when i get it on my 03. if the HKS sounds like other rotrex blowers ive heard, its sounds 100x better than the vortech and ATI blowers that sound like they are self destructing anytime they are spinning

my V3 self lubricated Vortech blower sounds pretty nice and plus I never have the rattle awful sound that the older V1 and V2 blowers have on idle.

It will be hard for us Vortech owners to hear it because we'd be car lengths up the road by the time it spins up. For the price as a 340 whp HKS setup you can have an ~500 hp T-Trim vortech setup. Although, I guess saying its JDM and having to use 1 off parts from GTM , and waiting 6 months or more if something goes wrong with the unit wit well worth the price of admission!

LOL

You're one of the biggest douches on the forum(s). You're entitled to your opinion, but you're still a douche.

All you do is badmouth shops and setups that you do not have actual experience with, but continually nuthug RA and Vortech. You usually get owned in almost every thread that you try to sound educated about. Im surprised you even continue to post. I think most of the forum is sick of you...

btw, my HKS S/C setup peaks at 12 psi and puts out 400 whp/415 lbs.trq.

my goal is to run at least 370rwhp and 3350rwtq, will the vortech sc v-2 sq kit get me there? or would the v3 be a better choice? also i am going to run stock psi, so 8 or 9 psi, agian, i don't plan on putting internal mods, and i want the car to run fine for at least a couple years b4 i have to rebuild, of course i will be getting a valve body upgrade and i already have the osiris tune with cipher. oh and i don't do tracks, and i only have the urge for a spirited drive once or twice a week, but not for a long moment

Most? very few. You know how many people own vortech blowers on the VQ platforms. I would guess as many as all the other FI options combined. It only seems prevalent bc people post when things go wrong.

JonnyLaw made great #'s but thats completely 1 off, as no other HKS setup comes anywhere close to those #'s. You woulda had to put Nitrous on Marbles or G35(7)rider's car to make anywhere close to that.

Plus, for that price, you'd be running a T-trim which no one has had problems with.

Either option though is better than stock, just depends on your budget.
