Yes I saw your thread...your set up is sick bro!!!

I am going to run a Cosworth Short Block, Cosworth Heads, Cosworth 270 degree Cams, Cosworth Intake Manifold, APS Extreme, APS race exhaust, and many more suporting mods (the list is long ). Technosquare is going to do the build and tune. I am hoping to see somewhere between 550-600 whp. Based on your numbers I am happy to see I should get there with this setup. I may PM you when the build gets going next month if I have any questions.

Wish me luck!!

Part of why there are no issues with the JWT kit is that there are not many out there and they had to be installed by a JWT dealer.

Greddy was 1st to the market and just sent kits everywhere with the crappy blue emanage. After a few motors went boom people started realizing that the kit has potential but needs more to make it "right".

I haven't seen many people with the Power Enterprise kit. Any word from people on that (besides what has already been listed in the FI for noobs).

I think they released a newer turbo kit (20G) this year and hopefully will solve the problem.

It's not that there are "problems" with the greddy kit. It is just incomplete. IMO all the kits are incomplete in some way or another.

The Greddy kit (18G) needs a better EMS, fuel return kit and blow off valve. If you want to go above 5.5psi you need to change out the wastegate springs or get a boost controller.

I think most of that is totally overkill for 550-600, I think I actually went overboard with oversized valves and a ported and polished head. You could easily hit 600 whp with just a stock head and some good cams.

I hit 649/651 with stock valves. Car still has more in it but I decided to stop because when we first did my UTEC tune we went up to 20psi and now would have to go back and re-tune the whole thing.

Those mods will help you make more power at lower boost and if you have the money more power to you. But if you are having so stretch yourself thin to get all that you can make those numbers on a lot less.

769rwhp 710rwtq here on stock heads and cams.......granted above 6200rpm power and tq start to fall fast (as to be expected on stock cams).

I think the OP's issue are going to be with the 5AT

ur case is unique because you have ridiculously huge turbos to make up for the lack of cams and headwork.

Nah they're not that big....just have efficient wheels and housings, seem to really like the higher boost numbers.

Bump? I thought the PE kit was not that popular but there is one going for a really sweet price; it is either that or a TN/APS ST.

T

i guess ur right, 54mm isnt that much bigger than the APS Extreme turbos.

and to the OP, i wouldnt waste my time with the APS fuel system, just use a CJM Stage 1. I hit 580 whp on a single walbro

in fact I ended up selling my fuel system that came with the aps extreme because I knew a CJM twin pump would work much better.
