Who said I was trying to break 500hp? My comment specifically said I am looking to make between 450hp and 500hp. I AM NOT LOOKING for high output numbers. Seems we have another Turbonetics basher on the boards and by the way I have one of the nastiest tuners on the East Coast.

Plus the turbonetiucs kit is junk and has rediculously high AIT's at those kind of psi levels and is very inefficient. I would also like to know what fuel was used on that run it doesnt say but i bet it was 100 octane.

^Well like I said Im not a horsepower freak. Posts like the ones you are making in this thread shows the immaturity level of a 6 year old. And your supposed to be going to grad school

Just give it up Hi-Tech.
alan21's e-***** is much bigger then yours obviously

On another note, once we're done with out projects we should hit up NED together. Matching cars with similar whp would be a great race to get on video. Sorry to hear you had to get those numbers with forced induction n/a ftw

Tranny just showed up, UPS has the mounting kit on the way, and the motor should be at the shop within the next two weeks.

Interior is stripped and dash comes out this weekend.

Goal is to have it done in April.

You need to lay off. Coming into someone's build thread and repeatedly bashing their selection serves no purpose and is not constructive. You've already made your sentiments clear on the TN kit. No need to keep rehashing it.

There are ways to make this combination work for solid power but it won't be easy. Not easy like a 3.8L stroker with a Greddy slapped on there - don't need a "nasty" tuner to get power out of that. If the OP and his builder/tuner are willing to take on the challenge, all the more power to them. The good part are the flaws in the kit are well known (AC line, AIT, piping size, etc). I'm curious to see what Hi-Tech-G comes up with. Good luck HTG!

And this car will be plenty fast. I wouldn't be so brazen till you know how well the OP drives. Bring that horsepower monster of a car that you claim to have to ZdayZ and let's see what she can do!

where and when is zdayz? I would love to come.

and to the op sorry for acting like a jackass i was just messing around, if you know my personality you would understand. Im just not a turbonetics fan, sorry. I sincerly hope you get good results, its just so much harder to make power with the turbonetics kit as compared to others. but to each his own, and I hope you get what you were hoping for and hope that you have looked at the flaws in the kit and addressed them all. Hopefully there is no hard feelings. Keep us updated on the numbers. If your ever in the area i would love to do some pulls for fun!
