U might be able to save some by going with eagle rods. Not sure if the HR head studs will be good for that much hp and u may need an walbro fuel pump.

To me it looks the same as the one that comes with the 18g kit. I was thinkin there was gonna be 4 inlets vs the 3, but it does look a lill beefy then the other one I have.

I do like your taste in choice in bumper. kinda reminds me of my idea's of what I was lookin for. It hides the IC very well hopefully the air ducks provide enough airflow to the IC.

yea i left out a few things..lol i already have like walbro 255 fuel pump.

as far as drivetrain already installed

ACT 6 puck
ACT light flywheel
brandnew 6 speed trany
B&M short shifter
RP fuilds, trans/diff

Stock Brembos
Stoptech 2 piece rotors drilled
BFG braided lines
Hawk pads

Also the HR head studs are rated at a high clamp rate, per Jim wolf he runs 600-800hp cars on the track all day long using these studs and a heck alot cheaper the L19s. It all comes down to tune. Not worry bout the cost on the rods thou i have done a build with pauter they are well worth the cost of the metal

The difference is the upgraded IC is alot thicker... I can't fit my bumper support over it...

I would use ARP L19 head studs and maybe up your injector size. Other than that looks like you are on the right track.

Edit saw your post on the head studs...but I would still go with the L19's...with all the money you are spending the studs are cheap in comparison.

I just can't justify the use of 450 bolts.. When I can do the same with more reasonable priced material.

Don Trapp of A1 Technologies says his company starts out with the basic alloy 4340 or 8740 that is 190-ksi minimum. From that point it goes up to 280 ksi. “The 4340 or 8740 is already far above an OEM fastener in strength and quality. We use a lot of H11, which is a toolsteel for Top Fuel, Funny Car and some in Top Alcohol and Injected Nitro classes use it also. This is a 240 ksi minimum graded material.”

The next step up from 4340 or 8740 steel is 1722 (AMS 6304). Manufacturer ARP calls it ARP 2000 and it’s all the same material, a 220 ksi material. The next step would be H11, which ARP calls L19. It too is the same material and also comes from Carpenter. Those are getting up to 240-250 ksi. You can go higher than that but it becomes brittle, according to Trapp.
