i found a brand new turbo for 900 on ebay, what do you think, is it garbage?
Why would you consider ever buying a Turbo Kit from Ebay with comments on the bottom like this...they are basically not responsible if anything goes wrong..at the end of the day you will probably have to put another grand in it for extra parts for our cars, let alone another management system for the kit, probably custom mounting brackets for everything since this is probably a universal kit.

oh dude go for it man, ebay sells some really legit stuff i bought my amuse exhaust from there for 500 bux the guy needed to get rid of it. I got 360forged wheels there for just 1k, my falkens for just 50 bux each
