Car is running great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Zero issues and so much fune to drive!!!!! I have fallen in love with my G35 all over again. Hands down the best decision I have ever made modding a vehicle.

The Carbonetics twin disk will be your limiting factor. It will not hold what that motor will be capable of...

XKR's Carbonetics TRIPPLE disk started slipping somewhere around 700 whp I think (it was rated for 800 hp). The twin disk probably won't even make it anywhere near that. Does anyone know what it is rated for? I'm guessing you may get to 600 whp with it, but that is just a guess.

I fried a Clutchmasters twin disk FX600 the first time I launched hard at around 550 whp with a moderate amount of clutch slip.

So, I guess what I am getting at is that you might want to look into a tripple or quad disk clutch if you want to be able to use those turbos that you have the way they were intended to be used. If you are not going to use the APS Extreme turbos to get extreme hp, you might as well use smaller turbos and enjoy the benefits of faster spool up - less turbo lag.
Thank you for your concern, and I fear I may not have updated my build list. But I am running a Carbonetics Tripple Plate clutch. Originally I was going with the twin, but decided to go with the Tripple instead. It more than handles my current power levels.

On an additional note my goal with this build was simple. I wanted to be somewhere in between the 500-600whp range. I wanted the set up to do this effortlessy without approaching any limits of the components used. In essence I purposely "over built" the car to ensure utmost reliability of my components down the road. The build has been done for awhile now and I am very pleased with the outcome. The car makes 550WHP and 480WTQ @ ONLY 13.4 psi...and believe it or not all on a stock ECU tuned by Technosquare. At these levels I am barely testing the limits of my Cosworth motor (which is exactly what I wanted). The car at its current state is plenty fast. Maybe one day I may crank up the boost if I want more power (my set up can handle it)...but at the current moment I am totally satisfied!!!

For those that are interested I wanted to give an update on my car.

My car has been out of the shop for 7 months, and I am very much enjoying my new found power!!!! As of today the car has had ZERO major issues. My Technosquare reflash tune is more than doing its job...my hat is off to Tadashi at Technosquare!!! Last month I added a StopTech BBK (6 piston fronts and 4 piston rears)...my OEM brembos were just not cutting it Pic of the new brakes below. The improved stopping power is comforting.

I am planning some more mods this year and I will update as I progress.

I've been on here for years and never posted but I feel with this build I need to. Its rare to have someone start a build thread and finish with full intended results and all at a timely manner. Awesome job man! You've got awesome taste and choice in parts! Hope to see a full photo shoot sometime, unless Ive already missed it somewhere?

Take note, this is what a build thread should look like, not 1 cellphone picture after 6-8months.

Ok guys a mini update with the G...added some more mods...new wheels and a CF trunk!!! I like this setup even more now...much more agressive fitment with the wheels. Wheels are Varrstoen....Fronts 19X9.5 +12 and Rears 19X10.5 +12. Yes these are TE37 Replicas, but its the best dam fake wheel I have ever seen!! I love em...Enjoy!
