Provided your engine builder is not a complete moron you should have no issues with your built motor, but that is all provided you have a solid tune. Crappy tune + any motor will lead to issues period.

Ok everyone finally an update:
The build slowed down a little due to some custom modifications Steve at Corner 3 Garage did with the turbo coolant pipes. The way the kit is designed one turbo has its own dedicated coolant line and then feeds a line from one turbo to cool the second turbo.
Steve did not like this design so he decided to modify the kit slightly so each turbo has its own dedicated coolant line. To do this he welded fittings into unused coolant passages on each side of the block to route coolant individually to both turbos. Steve also got a little crafty and decided to use stainless steel hardpipe for the coolant lines for a nice and clean look. See pics below:
Custom Turbo Coolant Lines:

More updates...APS 3.5" Downpipes, TiAL External Wastegates, Carbonetic Tripple Plate Clutch, and Tranny are all mounted up!!!

And thats pretty much it for now. The motor should be back in the car this week (more pics to come), and after that not much is left...so hopefully we will be firing her up in the next few weeks or so just in time for Tadashi from Technosquare to get back from Japan. Stay tuned...

Thanks Jon. Let me know if you are around this weekend. If you want we can go by and you can see it in person. Engine is suppose to be in the car by Saturday.
love seeing the polished cosworth and timing cover on ur engine a few pages back! looks sweet! i still have to figure out a way to get my cosworth polished...
also like the gold fuel rails... too bad they won't really be too visible once the rare jdm engine harness cover is on.

Install is looking good - I like those coolant hard lines
Maybe I missed it but what EMS are you running and how much power are you looking to make?
Congrats on the build!

Just 3 more days!!
Thanks buddy! You should be able to send your Cosworth plenum off to be polished...
I hear ya on the fuel rails. The cosworth plenum actually does a pretty good job covering up the fuel rails.
Thanks George! Yeah I am really happy with how everything is turning out. Steve at Corner 3 Garage did do some impressive work with the coolant hardpipes.
As far as EMS goes Tadashi at Technosquare is going to work his magic with the stock ECU.
As far as power is concerned we are going to keep it conservative at first...no more than 550WHP until I get acustomed to it. Once I get used to it we will go in for another tune, crank up the boost, and shoot for the mid 600's.
