Anyone add Nitrous N-Intercooler yet?

If anyone has or will be going to slap one of those on their turbo/SC kit, let me know. I would like to know the effects of it, if any? Also, how you installed it and where you located the bottle and everything... Thanks!

Sam56n just bought one... check with him to see if he's installed it yet.

Re: Anyone add Nitrous N-Intercooler yet?

I have one on our 1.8t jetta, and it definately adds HP. After spraying the FMIC, the car runs like it does first thing in the morning (cooler air). Evolution Motorsports backed it up with dyno runs showing 30+ HP gains on one of their MkIV Jetta 1.8t's.

If you live in a colder climate, not sure this is the best mod for you. If you live in a hot one like me (phoenix, az) it can give you an advantage over other FI vehicles. Also, if you are running lower boost levels, not sure if it will make much of a difference. But with bigger boost (more heat) or hot climate, I believe it will help.

Re: Anyone add Nitrous N-Intercooler yet?

i had one on my first rsx, i don't think the ntercooler spray made a big difference. All it did was cause problems and we didn't even really gain any power. It had to be tuned for when the spray was used so that was another big mess. Decided to stop using it but will be using it again soon because i haev a self tuning program now so it'll be a cake to use.
