No turbo kit for Infiniti G35X?!
Hello,
I've made some small research and found out that there is no turbo kits for my 2005 Infiniti G35X available
Sent a letter to turbo-kits.com they replied that unfortunately they don't have any turbo kits for my car.
But I've seen one conversion here https://g35driver.com/forums/forced-...-sts-g35x.html
What I don't like is intake piping that goes under front axle. Check it out
The second problem that coup de grace installed turbo in rear part of his car

So is it possible to install twin turbo kit in front of my car with normal piping? Or I'll need to make a special piping? And what kind of Twin Turbo solution will you suggest?
Thanks for help!!! =)

I had searched before and found few persons who installed TT on their G35X. But I was asking about Ready-to-Install TT kit for my G35X (all the companies that sell TT kits offer them only for G35 Sedan/Coupe not for G35X, so I decided to find out why). It's clear for me that if I come to tuning company they will install and make whatever I want.

I am sure they probably have a kit to sell you.
When I took my car up to GRD, they offered me an APS single kit from a 350z. I would imagine most of the kits for the G sedan can somehow be modified to work on the X. I don't know of any ready-to-go kits for the G35x, there just isn't a huge market for them. I mean think about it, out of all the cars we have here, how many turboed G35xs have you found?
At least 4
P.S. I Want to find as much info as possible on installing TT for G35X, because in my region there is no tuning companies who has experience with G's. It's because there was no official sales in Europe till 2008
So at least I'll be able to provide them with some info so my car will survive
I think it's good idea of mine.
P.S.S. Now I'm deep in Forced Induction thread to find all the info =) Still have a lot of questions
(mainly about front axes and oil span). If somebody has a pictures of G35 from bottom of the front part of the car I'll be very happy, want to check the differences.

I know this thread is about a TT but I also have a 2005 g35x and I was wondering what SC will fit in my car? Will I have to change anything else? Brakes? I tried looking Vortech and what not and still cant find one. Can anyone help!? Thanks!!
I am not, however, familiar with if there are any pulley or sensor set up differences with the X. I know that running piping to and from a turbo around all the extra awd parts would SUCK, and that's why it's difficult to find a true "bolt up" turbo kit for the X.
Actually call Vortech and see what they say. Another one to look into is Procharger, simply because the piping is a little easier to route because it's all on the same side of the car.

25 with a proper tune maybe. Exhaust will add a bit as well but I dare say with every bolt on and a tune max you will gain is 50hp from whatever your baseline numbers to the wheels are- maybe less at the altitude in Calgary. Headers don't add much without a bigger investment into the engine. Na guys running high comp blocks and upgraded cams may be the exception to substantially better hp/tq but if you're blowing all your money on megans and quad tip exhaust i don't think you're going that route. You're going to lose even more through the awd... And you'll probably lose hp with your current mod plans and no tune.
I'd be surprised if you ever saw 250 at the wheels (with a tune)without going FI and your options in that regard are extremely limited.
