Vortech Build. Will I regret not building the bottom end?
I completely understand what "CAN" happen if I SC my car. I also understand that months of downtime are expected. "my father owns a machine shop. Sadly he doesnt do that kind of engine work". lol I plan on installing the SC myself with a couple of very knowledgable friends. I truely believe that we can do it ourselves, and leave the main pulley off until we get to Function Tuned in Va. (its about 1.5 hours away). I will have the entire winter to figure things out to get it all right. But I do not want to purchase a new short block and build that one up. So im wondering if I should go with the list you just said now, or risk not doing that.

Thank you for your input, and any rambling is good rambling. lol
