Turbonectics turbo replacement? direct replacement?

Turbonectics turbo replacement? direct replacement?
My Ticking Time Bomb Turbonectics Turbo has been rebuilt twice now from Turbonectics HQ and is now going back for round number three. I am pushing for a brand new one from them this time. My tuner is tired of their service department and I am tired of dealing with it. After the next rebuild or (new!) I will begin considering a new turbo all together.
My question is this. Is there a direct quality replacement that has been used in this set up that doesnt require constructing a new downpipe? I would like to use the kit and just want to replace the turbo. Right now I am pushing 375whp and 361wtq and eventually (with a motor build) push close to 500whp in the future. So I would be looking for a turbo that is capable of this for future use.
It has been in and out for close to 3 months. I am needing something...
Thanks in advance for all your suggestions, but I would like to hear from those that have replaced it or someone to provide links or names of those that have so I can pm them or read it for myself.
(for the flame inducing comments about searching, I can find Turbonectics threads, but nothing that might discuss direct replacements of the turbo)

Hi Jeremy,
You've probably already read this thread all about the TN issue and possible solutions...

Here's a guy (Chris) on my350z, who upgraded his APS TT turbos at Blouch Turbo in PA. I'd bet they could repair or upgrade your TN turbo...

I hope you can get this figured out.

Latest update!!!
The turbo has been pulled again. Still leaking oil. The car was hooked up N/A once again and driven hard by kirko and no hint of smoke.
Corey called turbonectics and dropped the hammer and got the manager. He is personally taking responsibility to handle this and is stamping a garuntee on it. If it still leaks afterwords, I will be getting a new turbo.
So its out once again for the next three weeks or so...
Thanks Brian for the info. Hope to see you this summer sometime!
