Randy, I went back last week and got it down in the 11's all through the run. It took the guy 2 hrs, we had it way out of whack one time, but got it right after some tinkering.
This is just fuel adjustment and no timing! I did loose about 10hp, but I feel better about the setup now.

I forgot to get a printout, maybe I'll run by this week and pick it up.
