Used Turbonetics Single Turbo Kit

Hello,
I just purchased a 2nd Hand Turbonetics Single Kit, less then 5000k. I am getting a full custom Greddy exhaust, and UTEC EMS with the system. I know there are issues with the Turbos going and engine, but I want to try it anyway.
I am thinking about getting a oil spacer kit as well.. anything imparticular this kit is lacking that I should get to have a safe install? Thanks

oil spacer for sure, and heat wrap all pipes (even charge pipes) cause the temps in the engine bay get high. there are insulation wraps for intake pipes i used that dont actually look to bad i got from mopac.

Awesome. Thanks alot. I am definitely going to get the spacer, I am thinking of upgrading the injectors from the 380cc they came with to 440 or 550, but I don't know if I need to because I don't plan on boosting past the 8/8.5 max thy the MAF sensor can handle. Or should I get the MAP sensor anyway?
Also, should I be getting an oil cooler? If so, recommendations? As for wrapping my pipes, I will be doing that for sure, how much insulator do I need roughly? And lastly, should I also plan on getting 1 Step Colder plugs? If so, recommendations?!

Thanks alot guys.

i went with detaschwerks 600cc injectors and ngk 1step colder plugs, but if your staying at 8.5lbs of boost 440cc should be fine. as for oil cooler you dont need it but it wouldnt hurt. i have a map sensor on my utec and the transition point on it from maf to map really sux! dont get if you dont have to. i used one full roll of heat wrap for exhaust and a full turbo insulator kit then wrapped the charge pipe around the turbo cause of the heat exchange there (one full sleeve).

Perfect. I guess i'll be upgrading the injectors then, just to play it safe, and I'll be sticking with my MAF instead of buying the MAP. And thanks for the info about wrapping everything up, better safe then sorry, right? Question, I'm assuming that I should replace the gaskets right? Kind of a one time use deal... arent they? If so.. how many are there, do you know? I'm having a hard time finding out from the companies that sell them, customer service isn't really making an effort for me...?

im guessing you mean exhaust gaskets. ya i would replace them on the wastegate for sure. i think there are 4 for the wastegate. my tuner had these in stock. if you take the gaskets to a parts store they would be better to point you in the right direction. i reused my old exhaust manifold gaskets cause they are quite good. also check the old ones for any leaks (black carbon build up on gaskets) and make sure you replace and tighten them up better.
