as far as the fuel.. I still have to talk to my tuner on what he suggest, I believe the best option for me is doing a sump tank with another bosch external fuel pump.. That way if I'm hitting corners im not gonna risk fuel starvation.
The temps i was concerned more about are continuous boosting temps. Cruise temps my intake temps are about 5* above ambient but it seems to heat up quick when i do some heavy pulls. It drops fast again but i think it wouldn't rise near as quick with an open front.

The external sump is a good idea, but like i said, it's built wrong so you'll have to weld another fitting on it and re-plum the whole thing to get it to work correctly. Randy over on my350z.com did it for his. Just seems like too much work for an 1100$ system.

Are you doing autocross or any racing like that? The twin pump that CJM makes has a basket that holds returned fuel so around corners it would contain the immediate fuel to keep from starving. I think Larry at SP also mentioned he hasn't seen an instance of fuel starvation with their triple pumps either.

It would only really starve if you are doing something like banked oval with long sweeping turns.

Nice and clean!

Why could you not hit 650WHP on the first go around? It looks like you already had the key ingredients to do so...

650 on pump with 20g turbos will be tough. Meth or e85 would be a lot easier though.

It took twin 60mm turbos for thom to break 650 on straight pump gas.

Package sale cheap..

I need to move parts since I just upgraded (great upgrade for someone going FI).. pics will be available once my tuner emails me them.

UTEC w/ Map sensor
DW 600cc Injectors
ACT 6 puck/ Heavy-duty press plate (spring less)
ACT streetlight flywheel

Parts only been on the car for half a year mostly, except clutch and flywheel. It's been on the care for about 6000 miles.

Update.. well no pics yet but as far as the build goes.....

Front mount Surge tank is about 80% complete, waiting on the fabricator to finish welding the DW fuel pump to the surge tank. My tuner is working on relocating the battery to the trunk maybe going with a dry cell vs wet cell battery.

As far as the Haltech goes.. I need to get a Haltech 3 bar GM style MAP sensor, and the Dual Channel Wideband Sensor.. more to follow..

My apologies for the lack of pics but tuner is very busy and can't get to that at the moment.

All my interior parts have arrived at the shop.. Im doing a complete swap of the Tan/wheat interior to include a custom fabricated Rollcage that meets "SCCA specs"

How do you like my new seats (well mines are still in the box at the shop waiting to be installed)

As far as suspension goes, my KW3 are on the way.. I have to rush my SPL V2 and V3 arms out on Monday so everything can get installed this weekend.. I have a sale pending on my Teins and I want the buyer to be happy that he gets to put them on his car before the Ann Maryland College Park carshow on May 1st.

I found some good reference material on the suspension set im im going for.. these site provided me good information which led me to choose this particular route.

Check it out..

I promise that I will get pics of my install as soon as I get them from my tuner.. Enjoy..
