Gauges which ones needed for FI?

What gauges do you guys recommend that you must have in order to know what your car doing? (boost, EGT, oil, water, A/F or any other gauge needed) Which ones are not really needed or that important? Does anyone know where I can purchase DEFI gauges or anything better? Thanks

Air/Fuel is a necessity. Boost is nice to have, just to make sure everything is working right. Those are the only two I have. Some people claim EGT is important too, but if everything is working right then it won't be very critical. Depending on what FI you go with fuel pressure could be very important, esecially if you are using an aux pump or aux injector.

Nothing else is really important. Keep in mind that I don't race my car or run it hard for extended periods of time. If you drive the car very hard for long periods other temp guages may be important.

instead of GAUGES...go with a Zeitronics unit...it tells you AF and boost, as well as EGT if you want, for around $500 and it has a small display and keeps your car stealth! That's what I'm going with.

I have an Oil pressure gauge, Boost/vacuum gauge, and a air/fuel gauge. As for those defi gauges, theyre like 250 a piece but they're so nice. They have them at www.optauto.com they have the gauges there. Some people also choose to just go autometer, and get either the mechanical or electronic gauges. There are also the other options like Blitz and greddy gauges. Some also say EGT is important, but i don't have one. I do have a program that plugs into my OBDII scan port that reads off everything in real time (speed, EGT pressure, IM pressure, varions temps.) its a nifty device but kinda bulky.
