Ok so what you are trying to say is go twins. I can get the same affect, low rpm's no boost and high rpm's boost after picking the right size turbo or go with a bigger turbo if I want single.

Yes the bigger the turbo the later you will build boost. Why do you want to build boost late?

Its not that I want to build boost late. I just want to stay out of boost while just driving normally. I know that if I just drive really nice than I won't build boost. I just want to build boost around 3k rpm because I usually never run the car to 3k when I am driving normally.

I don't think you know what you want.. and I don't think you understand how a turbo system works, making this a dreamer thread.

A turbo needs a certain amount of throttle to completely spool and hit full boost, under "normal" driving conditions this will not happen. And by normal I mean driving like a grandma.

Too meany dreamer threads. Do research there is a lot of info here that will answer these simple questions. If you are lazy just call a shop they will be more than willing to give you all the info you want.
