Supercharger or Single turbo?

I have a 2005 Infiniti G35x sedan 5AT I was wondering what would be the best for my car?

or what would even fit? I been looking everywhere and I cant find a SC that will fit my car.

I been looking at Vortech mostly but not sure what else. Does anyone know anyone that

put a single turbo or a SC into their 5AT AWD sedan? I have seen people do it to their

coupes easily since its RWD. Right now for mods I ordered in a Plenum, Z tube/JWT

pop charger and then I plan to get Transgo shift kit, Kinetix HFC, Cat back Exhaust

system and up rev tune. Pretty much Im looking for something that will give me a

significant amount of power and something that is compatible with my car. I also plan

not to blow my engine can i buy something to prevent that when i get one of these FI?

Will the Transgo do anything to my AWD car? I know people have said it did magic on

there AT sedans RWD. Any help is appreciated! Thanks AWD is such a pain in the ..... I

cant find anything that will fit!! What is better? SC or single turbo? For me I actually dont care

which one I get as long as it gives me a lot of power!

ummm! Im a little confused with ur entire post. AWD coupes? SC and Turbos don't fit on AWD sedans? I would go with a supercharger though.

Yeah sorry it was a typo so Is there a SC that will fit my G? Lol thats what my point of the thread was I can't seem to find a vortech one that will fit. There are a lot of vortechs that fit a RWD infiniti but not AWD unless im looking in the wrong place haha

Have you tried calling Vortech do some research send a few emails to the company's that make the kits. A stillen kit should fit as well as Vortech unless the AWD is different under the hood(which I doubt) turbo kits may be another story because they have components down by the transmission.

If Vortech or stillen can't answer you try to find a rwd sedan and park beside each other and look for difference that could interfere with the SC install and at the end of the day how bad do you want it? Buy one and be prepared to modify it if required....maybe even work a deal with Vortech to give you a deal for doing the first X install..worth a try.

There are several threads on here about X's getting turbo'd or blown. Usually it's a turbo kit with custom piping to go around the extra axles, transfer case etc.

Just do a search and read up on some of the other X builds that are around.
