Changing my bov do I need to re tune?

I have a quick question, I have a turbonetics turbo kit. I have a waste gate, and a blow off valve. The bov is a turbonetics raptor, I want a different sound outta it I'm wondering if I switch bov's do I need a re tune. I have heard a few different opinions, but I'm taken it here. There was no leak in this bov during tune. Here is a list of my engine mods

No as all blow off valves basically do the same thing and its just the sound that changes.

No re-tune required, google blow off valve and see what it does.

Thanks guys I know what a blow off valve does, I have googled it, but in my searches I was coming up with a lot of mixed info. Some were from Subie and Evo forums but they were changing factory bovs to aftermarket, but I was still puzzled. I have a waste gate and the bov just the bov like I said doesn't make the noise I want.

Evo guys use re circ valves and when they switch to Blow off valves often the car stumbles a bit. Its because the Mass air meter has seen the air come in and fuel has been added for the incoming air is sees and when you release that air to atmosphere the fuel still goes in so in is a little rich for a moment often causing a stumble after shifting gears. If you already have a blow off valve you are fine to swap to a different one.
