Back story, I bought a Used APS Twin turbo kit from FFPWNER/Trapt350z. He even did the instal.

I found out why.



I have to go through all the pics and organize them better.

Bassically I have had the car and driven it for 6 days after it arrived. It got here 14 Feb 2013. Its been sitting bassically ever since. What has he done to help me out nothing.......... Had the nerve to tell people I messed the car up in the little time I drove it.

There was a blunt tapped to my dashboard, he did 160+ in my car didnt tell me but took a pic of it. Bumper wasnt even put on right at all. Scratches all on my car. Gauges come on when you stick the key in the ignition. Turbos were ate up due to the lack of a filter. Failed to even send the tube so I could run filters. Didnt send my Uprev. Stock plugs that were dead, clutch was barely tightend down. (things I noticed after the video)

I finnaly got that stuff, and I also have decided to build it now.

A local guy with a 700hp 350z (that actually runs and he knows wtf hes doing) help me out.

Heres the plan

96mm Arias extreme duty low comp pistons (Purchased)
Corrilo H beam rods (Purchased)
ACL hx race bearings (purchased)
Cosworth 96mm rings (purchased)

Hr Gaskets (waiting)
Hr Studs (waiting)
Homemade Fuel return system (got a converted basket for AN lines and return)
Walbaro 485 pump (waiting)
New springs/retainers/seals (waiting)
cosworth Zk2 cam (maybe)

Blocks torn down to go to the machine shop already. Waiting on the rings and bearings to arrive.

New goal 500whp. So thanks Cameron for making my dreams come true of having a fast car Hows your car running BTW?

 

Buy my 1200cc injectors . They will handle 500hp no problem.

 

Trying to save a few bucks always costs you in the end. Believe me

 

yeah it did. honestly if I had just not gotten taken advantage of while I wasn't there. bought the kit here and had it installed here I would have been fine but.....yeah. lol

Wow - sorry to hear - terrible story. Looks like you have good documentation. I'd take it to small claims court and get your $5k out of him if you can. Best bet now is to either return to N/A, or if you still have some funds, do a basic short block build and put on a BP single kit. That TT kit is not worth the effort to fix with both cast iron manifolds and turbos shot.

 

Too late lol. The turbos have been rebuilt already and also have built my own manifolds. They are made out of schedule 40 pipe and Mazworx flanges.

 

Wow what a mess. In for the recovery

 

 

Check out the weed I found in my car after I got it here. And yes it was 100% with out a doubt weed. New aem temp gauge. And some cool lil stickers yeah I like silly stuff including the insane badge

 

So point of the story? FFPWNER/Trapt350z is a douche.

Yeah pretty much. I know he seen this, I know he's seen the video, I know people back in va have asked him directly why he hasn't done anything. No response. If money was such an issue like he claimed to me, I would have paid more. He took forever to work on the car there was always an excuse about everything. I never gave him permission to drive my car all over either.

I looked into small claims court through jag and was told I would have to come back to va which might happen once this is taken care of and done

 

If you are going to hit 500whp you need ARP L19 head studs , HR studs wont cut it you will end lifting the head and breaking the head gasket. do your self a favor spend 450-480$ on some ARP L19 head studs and never worry about that

Dang this sucks. I'm looking at APS now. I have to do my research so I can avoid this myself.
