Guys you must be dyno'ing to tune a new header install. What gains are you seeing? Are you feeling more power? EGT gauges are you getting new temps? How does the sound change?

Currently I have a Vortech s/c, Crawford Cats, and Stillen X pipe. Would headers really improve things?

I have an ATI Procharger, Crawford Cats and Borla exhaust. I love the way it sounds. I am using a Zeitronix wideband with an LCD display. Check out the "gallery" under "members category" to see a pic. of it.

Thanks Draco, but the responses I'm looking for is how much gain exhaust components add to you s/c engine output. For example, changing the exhaust on a turbo car can yield 20%. I'm trying to collect data to see how changing exhaust components on a s/c'ed engine affect hp.

I had headers ,Stillen cat back, Crawford cats [ or other brand of cats ] before the SC install . Headers will open up the exhaust flow and free up a few more whp . It may also lower your boost a little . But you will gain not lose hp with the lower boost

depends on your application. from what i heard for stillen s/c you might actually lose hp at low psi levels. but it's a must for higher boost. i currently have stillen s/c with borla headers/exhaust. personally i love the sound of it.
not sure about the gains as i never dynoed my setup. i will be doing it in about 2-3 weeks.
