Randy... my friend..

It's all about Innovate! if you are looking to get F1-type datalogging and gauges... but it will be a little bit more expensive (then again, you DO want a wideband 02, right?).

LC-1/XD-1 combo: $399
- will give you a wideband sensor/controller/gauge.
AuxBox: $249
- 5 built-in sensors (RPM, CHT/EGT, MAP(boost), Acceleromoters (2-axis), Dwell (inj. duty cycle, or any other external 0-5v sensor output).
Additional gauges: $229 each...

But, this is not like any other system... each gauge you buy can be programmed to your liking, inlcuding hte LED colors, range/resolution of the scale, warning functions that are dependent on other sensors (e.g. it will flahs a warning on your A/F gauge when your A/F goes above a desired point, say, over 12:1, at, say, anything above 60% throttle...) no other system will allow you to do that. Also, say you get 3 gauges, you can have them be boost, A/F, water temp on the street, but at the track have boost, A/F, oil pressure (you will need to get the additional oil/fuel pressure sensors from Autometer for $100 each). These gauges are fully programmable to display anythign that is input into the auxbox... Also, the auxbox will allow you to tap any of the sensors that your car already has, such as water temp, throttle position, intake air temp, inj. duty cycle.

Call me for more info if you want, i will tell you more about it... and check out their website in detail: http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/index.html

another nice brand is Omori. they have gauges that match some cars OEM dash markings. they also have a boost gauge with a small LCD EGT readout.

All the gauges I see are just A/F for the innovate set, unless you have to grab the guages from elsewhere.

Where would you get an Apillar pod for the gauges?

Randy-- I've got the Defi D-gauges, Boost on the left and Fuel Pressure on the right flanking an AEM AFR gauge. The three gauges are awesome and very accurate. All the dial illumination colors match and they look like they should be sold together. My only complaint is that the Defi boost gauge goes to 30 psi--way too high for SC. This shrinks the useable range of the boost part of the gauge (0-8). Even so, I think the gauge is fine.

I mounted my three gauges across the Nav cubby on a plate that fits under and attaches to the Nav cover. The gauges are angled slightly towards the driver and are very visible. I wouldn't mount them inside the cubby--too hidded. Anyway, the coupe cubby is too tight for three 52 mm gauges to fit inside.
