52 mm DEFI boost gauge (CP Racing price $150.00)

52 mm DEFI fuel pressure gague (CP Racing price $175)

52 mm AEM wide band A/Fwith $50 rebate (CP Racing Price $350)

If I get these 3 gauges, do I need anything else to make them work? Is there a computer that these gauges plug into??? I received a PM that led me to believe that there was a "box" I'd need to order also...

You don't need anything else for the d series only for the BF series.

Oh really? This I did not know! I am just going to use the Boost and Fuel Pressure gauge; I don't have access to anyone that can weld a bung pre-cat for the A/F wideband.

I need to find more information on how the damn D-Link II box works with the BF series gauges, I can't seem to find any information on it at all.

Thanks G-Man. Your advice coincides with what Blair at Intense Power told me.

Looks like I'm ready to get the credit card hot tonight!

You have to get it HOT in the morning.

FYI, the boost gauge was $106 on egauges, CPRACE quoted you $150 (in case you didn't notice). I am still unsure of which series I am going with. It is either BF or D, I am not too sure... either way I think I can just use the autometer pod from CPRACE and have it bored out.

Yeah I noticed. Blair at Intensepower.com said that when I order my Fuel Pressure and Boost Gauges that all I have to do is include a link and a price to the cheapest gauges I can find. They will match the same price and they will ship the 2 gauges out together to save me on shipping.

So far Intensepower has the cheapest Boost Gauge : $93.00, but I haven't found a great price on the Fuel Pressure or AEM wideband yet. If anyone knows of a site with good prices, please post them or at least PM me. TIA

Sorry G-Man, I'll probably get all new gauges.

Best prices so far...

AEM Wideband EUGO Controler Gauge for $327.95 with $50 instant rebate or there is the same gauge on e-bay for a few dollars cheaper

DEFI D-Series Fuel Pressure Gauge for $173

DEFI D-Series Boost Gauge for $93

Hopefully Intense Power will do what they said and honor these prices. It should save me a few dollars over what CP Racing was willing to offer.

You can click on the link that I had provided earlier.........aw hell here it is again.

http://www.defi-shop.com/

Defi's site will indicate how the BF gauges work with the Control Unit II.

I found a decent link on egauges.com as well... it was pretty helpful. I am curious though, if I do not care about recording runs, doing anything more than wiring up a Fuel Pressure and Boost gauge with lighting, do I need to do more wiring than that? It seems like the box has some great features, but really all I want to use it for are the aesthetics and the basic 2 gauges I will be running.

And I definitely missed that link earlier, my apologies for acting like a newb.

ya, my left hand is usually hanging out the window when I drive! HA, HA!

no really folks...

no problem.

the camera angle isn't exactly where my head/eyes are when I'm driving. Plus it has some adjustablity right to left & I can change the viewing angle if needed.
