OK, here's the grocery list for those that care...

I bought the following gauges from the following places...

Defi Boost Gauge (no longer in production) from evasive motorsports for $95 and they have one black on black gauge left in stock.

Defi Fuel Pressure Gauge from evasive motorsports (they met Benchmark Motorsports price of $173)

AEM Wideband A/F EUGO Controller from RPM Outlet. They have a $50 promotion code, just enter 1030 on the website where it says COUPON ID when you place your order.

G3 Motorsports gauge pod from Grubbs Infiniti for $69.99, just enter your Fresh Alloy screen name for free shipping.

I also got the GATES belt, the NGK 1 step colder plugs and the polished Vortech this evening. I just have to get the BOV filter and I think that will be it for this round of modding.

did you get the GATES belt and the NGK 1 step colder plugs from CP Racing? Never heard of a BOV filter, is it a must?

it shows real time numbers.... it also allows for a laptop to plug in & record them in a graph, where you can compare all the numbers, rpm,boost,a/f, side-by-side & adjust your fuel mixture accordingly.

Just like on a dyno, except you go up & down the road to tune.

It seems like the box has some great features, but really all I want to use it for are the aesthetics and the basic 2 gauges I will be running.

And I definitely missed that link earlier, my apologies for acting like a newb.
You might want to go with a Defi D series gauge so you don't have to deal with the Control Unit II. They don't make the mechanical boost gauge anymore, so you have to go with what the vendors have in stock.

When you mention the box are you talking about the Defi Link Display or Control Unit II?

I talked to Blair at Intense Motorsports and he explained how the control box is hooked up.. It is a 3 wire setup, and then signal wires to the sensors and then to the gauges. Shouldn't be a bad install at all, just a decent amount of wiring. I think I will put this thing in the little cubby next to gas pedal or in the glove box. Now I just need to find people who have the BF Defi gauges in stock.

It's too bad no one has the Defi BF Imperial (U.S. version) gauges yet. I would much rather look at PSI instead of BAR.
