My FMIC can finally BREATHE !!!!

Hello Gents,

Picked up the bumper from the body shop earlier, and took a couple of hours installing it.

Here are the results (posted in the body kits forum):

Damn that looks aggressive. Imagine that front end coming fast in your rear view mirror. Definitely no longer a sleeper.

Very nice! Is this a one off or are they making a mold to sell more to the public?

Looks good Gurgen! A very mean look. I think mesh covering the side vents would look better though, a little cleaner look.

Look good man.
The mesh will complete it.
Is there no grill with that bumper?

Part of me likes the exposed look though.... My homegrown grille is out being powdercoated... and no it doesn't come with a grille (as most bumpers covers don't).

Wes... How's your baby coming along... haven't followed it much? Link me up to some threads/pages or smth.

Steve, thanks... How is it that the PE TT found it's true home on the sedans (the car that it was never 'designed' for) with forged bottom ends; that's cool.

Call me sometime... let's catch up

I kinda like the look, that's why I was asking.

"Wes... How's your baby coming along... haven't followed it much? Link me up to some threads/pages or smth."

Well, I haven't really posted anything but my sig. but I still cruise the forums regularly. As for all the progress......
I kinda like to keep it on the DL, then tell the whole story(problems/errors/shortcuts/customizing) with pics as one. Much easier that way.
Anyways, I stopped by the machine shop yesterday & he was grinding away at the heads. The block had the TQ plate on with the machine doin' its "thang". I could say I'm in the last few weeks of this project (unless I ship out my tranny to SGP). It's been almost 3 months since I've driven it.

Basically, I sold the SC. Bought TT'S. Keeping the n2o. Full motor build with 10.0:1 CP race piston with pro-pins, forged bottom end, cams, & custom head work tuned on 100 octane. New body kit.All of the guages(2 egt,water/oil temp, & boost) displayed on my stock nav. Eventually the SGP tranny. Not much........
