Has anyone reset their ECU or replaced the Battery on their Piggyback managed FI set up?

DOES IT ERASE YOUR SAVED MAPS ON THE UNIT?

I had a stero install with a battery replacement and I am wondering if the reset erases the maps saved on the unit. I am using an E-manage Ultimate.

What kind of piggy back do you have? I believe it won't erase the data in your piggy back. I know for Greddy emanage, and HKS Fcon S, even when you reset your ecu or replace your battery, the saved map will not be erased. it will only get erased if you attach labtop with their program and erase it. I have HKS F-Con Vpro standalone in my car and it deosn't reset when I take out the battery.

 

It doesn't on Split Second. I've reset mine.

 

Tom, where you at? Have you driven it yet? Any times?
