So at 9 psi, im running 385whp. are you trying to tell me that i'll max out at 400whp no matter if i turn up the boost? btw, it's an aps single. if you don't like the kit be honest with yourself and your future customers and just say that.

I really dont understand your comment..However APS did indeed tell everyone when marketing the single kit, that it would max out around 400hp.It was not intended to compete with a TT kit, but marketed to go for the crowd that may have selected a supercharger...At no time did APS market their single kit as a big HP builder..

Nobody is saying that the aps single was trying to compete with the tt's. i just didnt see any where on the website where the garrett gt35 series ball bearing turbo will max out at 400 hp. in fact as a tuning shop with as much knowledge as you have( we have had a conversation before) it seems like you dont like the aps kit now. you even went so far as to say you don't deal with aps anymore. so what i meant was if you dont like the kit, say that. but when i spoke to your company about 4 months ago when you were still dealing with aps, you weren't recommending the turbonetcis kit or saying the aps kit maxed out at 400whp.

We stopped dealing with APS for a number of reasons, mostly business decisions. I honestly do not remember talking to you months ago. However I will say after installing an APS single turbo kit, there were things that we did not like about it, mainly the position of the turbo being very low to the ground. If you care to do a search, you will find that many posts from Peter or APS they did in fact state theat the Single turbo was an "ALTERNATIVE" to a supercharger, and was good for 400hp , but for bis HP numbers you would need the twins. This is also their reasoning behind not releasing a single turbo "TUNER" kit, like the TT tuner kit. I am not sure what your intentions are by stating what you stated, but I never recall speaking to you and you never purchased anything from us..If you would care to discuss further or refresh my memory feel free to pm me.
IMO the APS single turbo is a good out of the box means of FI, but if you plan on doing a build up and going for some big #'s you need to go twins or a REALLY big single...
