Thinking about the Greddy Kit but...

The evo II is better than stock so I don't know why you guys are telling him not to get the kit? I would rather have the TT + evo II then no exhaust at all. And for the comment about having to HAVE a dual exhaust...That's not true either. You can get the FUJI y-pipe + exhaust which is pretty much a 3" single exhaust (which is perfect for the turbo if your gonna run stock boost) Or you can go with a single 3" exit like the JIC exhaust. Also, if you wanted to keep the greddy exhaust you can take out the X pipe and make it 'true dual'.
Everybody loves the APS kit here and personally I could care less which kit you get but I don't want your decision to be based on some false info. Also like mentioned before, If you don't want that much power you can go with a SC kit or even the new Turbonetics Single kit. (but your limited to certain exhausts or customizing your current one with the Turbonetics)
Good luck with everything.

Thank you for your reply, I am still deciding. The only thing that I am really concerned about is getting it and getting tuned right. I just want to build a daily driver that is a little different. I decided to keep the exhaust because of the aggressive look it will have with it on.

Ivory..few words of advice.
1. To make a truly informed decisio, do A LOT more reading before you make a decision.
2. In reference to your saying that you heard that the Evo 2 is the exhaust to get... stop listening to people who know nothing about anything (and whomever told you that the Evo 2 is true dual is one of them).
3. Evo 2 is NOT true dual.
4. Greddy is NOT the kit to get IMO.
5. Reconcile your goals with your budget, then make a decision.
6. If you just want fairly reliable 350-380 lb-ft/hp on a stock engine, go with an APS single turbo (IMO).
7. If you MUST have TT instead of ST, consider APS TT, PE TT, JWT TT (in that order - again, my opinion).
8. If you are plannign to go all out and have a built motor for 500-600 whp, then consider APS TT, SFR TT.
9. Exhaust...you want no more than 1-2psi of backpressure, and the only way to achive that is with a GOOD true dual system (assumign you are going with a TT system and you have a coupe). My list (in order of preference): APS dual 3" with 3 or 3.5" test pipes (they are a must for a good setup), SFR dual 3", APS dual 2.5" exhaust, Stillen dual 2.5" exhaust (with the latter two using any 2.5" preferably resonated test pipes); hope I am not forgetting any others.
Nothing comes close to APS' package and quality, nothing, again just my opinion.
