Were do you put your Gauges?

I'm saving up for TN ST(Wife approves the expense already!!! ) I'm just curious were I can put the gauges. I don't want it to be obvious, I just want to get an idea, but I don’t want to spend a lot for custom install.

Sweet, congrats on the victory with the wife your in good shape now! I used the HKS Navigator with mine and put it in the nav cubby. I also thought about mounting the standard gauges in the upper glove box (the skinny one) but it will take some custom work for sure. You could always do the pillar pod but on a G I just don't like those...it gives away what your hiding under the hood

Don't do the gauge pods on the pillar....leave 'em guessing. depending on what system you go with you could put it anywhere u wanted. not sure how many use the Greddy E-01 but i think that will display every thing you need except maybe EGR but get the Zentronix Wideband for that. mount one in the Nav cubby and the other in the middle console/drink holder!!!!

If you want to be stealthy, get the Zeintronix unit. Several gauges in one, including wideband AFR.

i think i'll have 4 gauges... 2 flanking each side of the display cover. i think it'll look clean without the pillar.

I put 4 in the console. Three where the pocket was and one where the cigarette lighter was. It did take some custom work, but without the Silver cf, it probably wouldn't be too expensive. Dave at Sound Xpressions in Phoenix was talking about making a mold...Not sure if he ever did though.

^ very nice! I did the HKS Navigator (similar to the Zeitronix unit) but the damn thing only reads out in metric readings plus I found out after the fact that you have to have an optional part to read the correct boost). I am considering doing just regular gauges or possibly the Zeitronics. How or what does it connect to? The Navigator plugs straight into the F-Con SZ. Sorry for the ignorance but just wondering how it hooks up to everything.

I put four in the upper glove box, and three in the nav cubby. The tein-flex edfc in the roll top cubby by the parking brake. To do the glove box is very inexpensive, you can get any stereo shop to do it cheaply. The nav cubby is a custom mold and that is expensive to do. If you can get away with the four 60 mm faces, the glove box is a great way to go. Totally hidden.

Eagle I saw your car somewhere and I must say AMAZING!!!! Great work bro! I like the idea of the 3 in the top glove box. Good to know it wasnt that bad for the install. Are they still pretty easy to read from over there?
