Question APS ST complete Kit?!

I'm looking at the Kit and it seems it is pretty much complete and has a better EM, injector... and I'm not sure but does it also com with a Fuel Return? I'm really leaning toward Turbonetics but when comparing both it seems APS look good. I'm just trying to get the best bang for my $$$ since either way I'll be spending a lot every $$ can help. please advice.

Turbonetics is cheaper and complete out of the box. You just need gauges.

Yes, but APS has bigger injector, better EM, comes with an oil pan not sure if Fuel return is included... I know i can get the Turbonetics Tuner kit but how much will it cost after upgrading everything...

APS is more complete out of the box than TN, imho. yes, the APS includes a fuel return modification along with vacuum dependent fuel feed.

I have the APS ST, it is complete, and it has a return fuel system. APS has a crappy waste gate which seems to be the boost problem, though not all owners have had this problem or at least posted about it. At first they had a bad batch of check valves which was causing some smoke from the exhaust but they recognized that quickly and seem to have fixed the problem. I am really happy so far. Make sure you do your homework on these turbo options to select whats right for you.

but there is also a lot of problem with TN over boosting or sudden spike which I'm really scared.
